Michael Doran is a leading innovator in advanced water treatment technologies, with over a decade of experience in ozone-based systems. As the original founder of Aclarus Ozone, he was instrumental in designing and commercializing robust ozone solutions across municipal, industrial, and environmental sectors. Now serving as CEO and CTO of Sublime Environmental, Michael continues to push the boundaries of water reuse and advanced oxidation, developing high-efficiency, customizable treatment platforms tailored to today’s most complex water challenges.
His expertise spans ozone generation, AOP systems, BAC filtration, and integrated system engineering — with a hands-on approach that bridges design, manufacturing, and field implementation. With experience across bookkeeping, payroll, and project coordination roles in both Canada and internationally, Kemi brings a detail-oriented, dependable approach to managing the company’s administrative and financial workflows. Her expertise with QuickBooks, Microsoft Office, and stakeholder communications helps ensure the smooth day-to-day functioning of the business.
Steve Murison is a journeyman electrician and experienced production specialist with over six years of hands-on expertise building, wiring, and assembling advanced ozone treatment systems. As Lead Production Technician at Sublime Environmental, Steve oversees the fabrication and electrical integration of water treatment platforms, ensuring every system meets rigorous quality and safety standards.
With a deep working knowledge of ozone generator internals, control panel construction, and power distribution for high-voltage systems, Steve plays a critical role in translating engineered designs into robust, field-ready equipment. His practical experience and technical craftsmanship ensure that each system leaves the shop ready for seamless installation and long-term performance in demanding environments.
Zairon Narine is a versatile technician with a background in electrical engineering and hands-on experience across industrial, laboratory, and process operations. A graduate of Durham College’s Electrical Engineering Technician program, Zairon brings a strong foundation in PLCs, instrumentation, and mechanical systems maintenance.
Before joining Sublime Environmental, Zairon worked at Ontario Mushroom Farms and Genecis Bioindustries, where he maintained and troubleshot pumps, motors, and automation systems, while also gaining experience with lab sampling, QA/QC protocols, and process optimization. His combination of electrical skills, plant operations knowledge, and safety training makes him a valuable contributor to fieldwork, system commissioning, and technical support.
